A visceral and dark psychedelic experience. Blue Velvet is a live band and dance show that intertwines carnal rock and roll sounds with seductive moves. It is an experimental movement dwelling in raw emotion, and passionate collaboration between dancers and band…and the audience becomes a part of the world. It’s dark, sexy, and uncontrolled.

Blue Velvet started in 2016 with an idea. Combining a modern blues influenced rock band with professional dancers and playing with absolutely no set lists, and no choreography. They have performed at notable venues such as Harvelles, Peppermint Club, and Clifton’s. They also created an extended project called, Alligator Wine, an early 1900’s New Orleans Storyville inspired show.
