Is it guaranteed that I will be getting booked for the next inquiry?
No, there is no guarantee that you will get booked on the next gig inquiry that your receive. But it will increase your chances drastically by giving you top placement on the gig page.
What do you do exactly?
Soul Artists is a matchmaker for entertainers/service providers and those who book them. We created Soul Artists back in 2017 and today we are the largest artist booking platform in the MENA region.
Are you an agency?
We are not a traditional agency. We are a digital platform, where artists have the ability to manage their own profiles, media, and bookings through the Soul Artists App or website.
What types of events are booked on Soul Artists?
Artists get booked for weddings, corporate events, parties, festivals, Private Parties, Hotel gigs, restaurants, and more.
Do I have to pay for my leads like I do on other sites?
We do not charge for leads. Our subscription model only gives you more visibility and a higher chance of getting booked.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription you can do so by visiting the billing section in your artist dashboard
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, If you cancel your Pro membership, you may use your subscription until the end of the year/month depending on the subscription term chosen, then the current subscription term will not be renewed thereafter. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the pro membership for the current subscription period.
If I upgrade to Pro after applying to a gig, will I still get top placement?
Yes, If you have applied to a gig and then upgraded to Pro then you will still receive top placement on existing gig opportunities that you have applied to.
Which countries is Soul Artists most active in?
Soul Artists is headquartered in UAE but is active and available worldwide, however at this time most bookings are coming from UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, and Kuwait.
What if I am based outside the MENA and GCC Region?
You can still use and have access to Soul Artists Pro full functionality, however at this time bookings outside of the regions mentioned are minimal but increasing on a daily basis.
